6 US gallon glass carboy or approximately 23 litres. This is the standard carboy used to make our wine and beer kits. Made in Italy. When filled to the base of the neck, these carboys hold 23.5L which is approximately 31 bottles (750mL). We recommend leaving some space at the top if you don't want to water down your fermentation and want to produce exactly 30 bottles.
