A 23 litre (6 US Gallon) food grade carboy for fermenting beer and wine. This is the minimum size that you will need to ferment our wine and beer kits. When filled to the base of the neck, these carboys hold 23L which is a bit more than 30 bottles (750mL). We recommend filling your carboy to slightly less than full to avoid watering down your batch.
