This dry light-bodied refreshing white wine opens with citrus, floral and pear notes. An excellent harmony of fruit and acid create a crisp finish that reveals hints of citrus and green apple.

The EPWS Italian Pinot Grigio also introduces a new yeast: DV10, which has been specially selected for this wine. It is a remarkably clean fermenter and allows for full expression of the wine’s delicately aromatic varietal character. In addition to allowing the natural aromas and flavours of the grapes to shine, DV10 is famous for its ability to ferment under a wide range of conditions (temperature, nutrient, juice chemistry), making for low stress, easy to manage fermentation.

Food Pairings:
Tastes great with grilled halibut, buttery shrimp, or a light crab salad.
